Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in South Korea. Please factor international shipping time into your delivery expectations.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to over 60 countries worldwide. Due to shipping restrictions, we do not ship to: Ukraine, Laos, Paraguay, Algeria, Kuwait, Bahrain, Costa Rica, El Salvador.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

- Average processing time: 3–7 business days
- Some products may require an additional +7 days depending on design and type

- US (United States): 10–16 business days
- Other Countries: 10–20 business days
How much does shipping cost?
- Domestic US Economy: Free on orders $50+ / 0–5 lb $4.90 / 5–70 lb $19.90
- Domestic US Standard: 0–1 lb $6.90 / 1–5 lb $9.90
- International: Carrier-calculated rates (DHL Express / FedEx) shown at checkout
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order is shipped, we'll send you an email containing the tracking information.
My order status says "delivered" but I haven't received it

Return shipping address
If a return is approved per our Refund Policy, the return shipping address is in South Korea. Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Do I have to pay VAT? (EU customers)
EU VAT is prepaid, so you don't have to worry about additional duties at delivery.
Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes?
Customs duties for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer and vary from country to country.
