Refund Policy

We strive continuously to offer products of the highest possible quality. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Requirements

Please include the following with your return/exchange request:

• Order number
• Photos or videos showing the issue/defect

Return Conditions

• The product must have all original tags attached
• The product must be unwashed
• The product must not have any smells, perfumes, or cosmetics on it
• The product must be in resalable condition

Exchange & Return Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees in the following cases:

• Wrong size, color, or product ordered
• Customer did not carefully read the product description
• Customer changed their mind

If the order is canceled before shipping, it can be refunded without a restocking fee.

Refunds

A tracking number is required when returning your order. Without it, refund processing will be discontinued.

Refunds are processed within approximately 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable
• A tracking number is required for all returns
• Refunds are processed after the product is checked against the Return Conditions
